Once an order has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to notify that the order has been received and is being prepared for shipment.
Daily Shipping Schedule
To find out when you will receive an order, please read these important daily shipping guidelines.

Orders placed before 2:00 P.M. CST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. CST Monday through Thursday will be processed and shipped the next business day. |

If you place your order Friday after 2:00 P.M. CST or on Saturday or Sunday, your order will not be prepared for processing until Monday morning. |

There is no weekend delivery except for UPS Overnight Saturday Delivery available Fridays before 2:00 P.M. CST. |

HI and AK orders must select HI/AK Express for a delivery method. |
Additional Shipping Charges
Oversize packages and packages to remote locations may be subject to additional shipping charges. A customer service agent will contact you via phone or email with any additional shipping charges.
Shipping Origin
All products featured on greenhomehugger.com will ship via UPS or US Postal Service 2 Day Priority Mail from the greenhomehugger.com warehouse in Evergreen Park, Illinois.
Shipping to PO Boxes
We cannot and will not ship to Post Office Boxes. If you use a PO box as a ship to address, your order will be placed on hold until we can contact you.
Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska
Orders that ship to Alaska or Hawaii may only be shipped via UPS HI/AK Express. If you select Ground shipping to HI or AK, your order will be placed on hold until we can contact you to re-adjust your shipping cost and grand total.
Canadian & International Orders
Sorry - no Canadian or International orders outside of the US will be accepted at this time.
Backorder Status
Although greenhomehugger.com makes every effort to ship the entire order as soon as it is received, some products will occasionally be out of stock or backordered. In the event that an ordered product is not in stock or on backorder, we will call or email you to discuss the situation.
Greenhomehugger.com will provide you with an estimated date of delivery for any back ordered item(s). Please note that these dates are only estimated delivery times and are subject to change. You will not be charged for any item that is not in-stock and ready for shipment. Backordered products will only ship with your approval and will be charged to your card when ready. If you have any questions, please email sos@greenhomehugger.com.
Return Policy
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, send it back unused in its original packaging within sixty days of the product purchase. Please note that we will not refund shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. After 60 days, we will charge a flat 20% restocking fee on all returned goods. All sales on Clearance items are final.
When you are ready to ship the return, please include the packing slip and/or a note with:

3. E-mail address
4. Daytime telephone number
5. Reason for return

For your protection, consider using UPS, FedEx or Insured US Parcel Post for shipment. We do not recommend that you send parcels uninsured. Please allow 7-14 business days from the day you ship your package for your return to be credited to your credit card account.
Exchange policy
Exchanges for unused merchandise will only be made sixty (60) days from date of purchase. We will not accept exchanges after sixty days or for used product. You will be responsible for all shipping costs involved in exchanging goods unless the exchange is a result of our error.
Exchanges are available only in the styles listed, and are limited to stock on hand.
When you are ready to ship the exchange, please include the packing slip and/or a note with:
1. Your Full Name
2. Order date or order number
3. Current Shipping Address
4. E-mail address
5. Daytime telephone number
6. List the item numbers, sizes and colors you would like in exchange.
